❓ Where is Chef K9 located? We’re proudly based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and serve local pet parents with fresh, made-to-order meals. We do not offer shipping at this time. We provide: -Local delivery to any Fort Wayne address -Local pickup from a private residential address Because we are a small, home-based business, our pickup location is provided after ordering for privacy and safety. We appreciate your understanding and support!

❓ What kind of ingredients do you use? We use whole food ingredients you can recognize and trust — like real meats, vegetables, and grains. No preservatives, no artificial flavors, no fillers. Just fresh, honest food.

❓ Are your meals safe for dogs? Yes! All of our recipes are formulated with your dog’s health in mind and made using food-safe practices. While we are not veterinarians, our meals are made with vet-reviewed nutritional guidelines in mind and are safe for regular feeding.

❓ How much should I feed my dog? Your dog may feel full with less volume than you're used to feeding. This guide is a starting point — your dog’s age, activity level, and metabolism can affect their needs. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us for personalized guidance.

❓ How should I store Chef K9 meals and how long do they last? Refrigerated: Keep meals in the fridge and use within 5–7 days after thawing. Frozen: Store in the freezer for up to 4 to 6 months. Thaw in the fridge before serving. Serving Tip: Meals can be served cold or warmed slightly. We do notice that most dogs seem to like the food cold.

❓ Do you offer local delivery? Yes! We offer local delivery to any address within Fort Wayne, Indiana. At checkout, just provide your Fort Wayne delivery address and we’ll bring your order right to your door. We do not ship at this time — local delivery and pickup only.

❓ Can I pick up my order? Absolutely. We offer local pickup at select times. Pickup details are shared immediately via email after placing your order. Because we are a small, home-based business, our pickup location is provided after ordering for privacy and safety. We appreciate your understanding and support!

❓ How is the food packaged? Our meals are delivered completely frozen to ensure freshness. Available sizes: 1 lb, 2 lb, and 4 lb containers Packaging depends on the size you order: -Small and Medium containers come in plastic containers -Larges (bulk orders) may also come in vacuum-sealed bags Please note: We do not currently use insulated bags or boxes for delivery. We are actively working on offering insulated bags in the future to help keep food frozen if left outside. In the meantime, you’ll be able to select your preferred delivery time and date at checkout. Please plan accordingly, as Chef K9 is not responsible for food that goes bad if left out too long after delivery.

❓ How long does the food last? -Refrigerated: Roughly 7 days -Frozen: Roughly 4 months Always refrigerate or freeze meals immediately upon receiving your order to maintain freshness and safety.

❓ How do I place an order? Simply visit our website at www.chefk9.net, browse the menu, and add meals to your cart. You can choose between one-time purchases or subscriptions.

❓ Do you offer samples or trial packs? Not at this time, but we recommend starting with a small one-time order to see which recipes your dog loves before committing to larger quantities or a subscription.

❓ What is the Chef K9 subscription? Our subscription service delivers fresh, premium dog food right to your doorstep on a recurring schedule. It’s a hassle-free way to make sure your pup never runs out of their favorite meals.

❓ How is payment handled, and can I cancel anytime? Payments are processed automatically using your saved payment method before each scheduled delivery. Your order will not be prepared or delivered until payment has been successfully processed. We accept all major debit/credit cards and other secure payment options. There are no long-term commitments or cancellation fees. You’re free to cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard.

❓ How does the subscription work? You simply: -Choose your dog's favorite meals -Select your preferred delivery frequency (weekly or bi-weekly ) -We prepare and deliver your order on schedule You’ll be billed automatically before each delivery, and you can cancel or update your payment method anytime through your account.

❓ Can I subscribe for multiple dogs? Yes! You can either: -Create one subscription with enough food for all dogs -Or set up separate subscriptions for each pup with custom meals and delivery needs

❓ Can I customize my subscription? Yes! With Chef K9, you can personalize your subscription. You can: -Choose the recipes your dog loves -Select the amount of food you want in pounds -Pick your delivery frequency (weekly, bi-weekly) -Set your own start date to begin deliveries when it works best for you

❓ Is there a trial period or money-back guarantee? We do not offer a trial period or money-back guarantee on subscriptions. However, we highly recommend starting with a regular, one-time purchase to find out which recipe your dog loves best before signing up for a subscription.

❓ What subscription plans are available? You can choose to receive deliveries: -Every week -Every two weeks

❓ Can I order Chef K9 without subscribing? Yes! You can place a one-time order anytime without signing up for a subscription. This is a great way to let your dog try different recipes and find their favorites before committing to a regular delivery plan. Subscriptions are completely optional.
